We shipped a production agentic RAG assistant end-to-end across a hybrid sovereign environment, and authored the enterprise AI evaluation and validation framework adopted by 40+ AI projects as the common pre-release trust gate.
We built a sovereign, on-premise fine-tuned classifier for payment-message screening with audit-grade explainability, and delivered air-gapped financial-hardship models for 67,000 customers under APRA CPS 234. A build-over-buy call saved $500K in licensing.
We delivered production multi-agent natural-language-to-SQL at 97% accuracy and sub-5-second latency, with a 40% inference-cost reduction. The portfolio returned $3M+ annual ROI.
